How to book an appointment: On the Booking page click on “Booking Form” and this will bring you to the booking page.

How to change appointment time & date or cancel an appointment: If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact info@mergecounselling.com and make your request. Note: there is no refund for a cancelation, however there is no charge for rescheduling your appointment.

Payment methods accepted: We accepts credit card, debit card and PayPal account payments.

Missed appointments: If you miss an appointment you are able to reschedule, however a second missed appointment will require you to rebook. There is no refund in the case of missed appointments. There is no charge for rescheduled appointments.
